1. Application Materials:

CNC Router with Rotary device, which makes workpiece turning during processing irregular cylinder carving, such as sculptures, furniture legs, stair handrails and so on.

Suitable for 3D column material engraving, carving and cutting round wood, dragon pillars, European antique solid wood furniture, stair railings and columns, Buddha statues, crafts, furniture industry.

2. Product Features:

1). Machine structure is seamlessly welded by the national standard square tube. After high temperature tempering treatment, the machine’s body is not deformed, small rigidity, large strength.

2). The machine use imported equipment processing rack and pinion, 20 bearing steel round rail (optional square linear guide), flexible transmission.

3). The Y-axis is two-axis drive motor with fast speed, stable operation and large cutting force.

4). Excellent mechanical and electrical design, use variety of electrical accessories, to reduce the failure rate to a minimum.

5). Machine has breakpoints, power off and continue carving function. With automatic return error correction function, it can effectively guarantee the machining accuracy when working for long time.

6). 3D rotating shaft device, can do flat engraving and cylindrical carving.
